These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any dumpster rental services booked through Dumpster Rentals Lawton. By using this site or booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.
Rental Agreement
Pricing, container size, delivery date, and rental period are confirmed at the time of booking. The flat rate quoted includes delivery, pickup, and a stated disposal weight allowance unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply if the agreed weight allowance or rental period is exceeded, or if prohibited materials are found in the container.
Placement and Permits
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and for confirming whether a placement permit is required (for example, for street or right-of-way placement). See our permit guide for general information; requirements can change, and it remains the customer’s responsibility to confirm current rules with the City of Lawton.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous materials, tires, batteries, and other prohibited items may not be placed in rented containers. A full list is available on our website and can also be confirmed by phone. Additional fees may apply if prohibited materials are found.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We do not process or store payment information through this website.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel your delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust scheduling.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care during delivery and pickup, Dumpster Rentals Lawton is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any specific concerns about placement or property protection should be discussed with us before delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
